Regaining land's worth, either virgin or improvement. Restoring an area of land following its destruction. This process rectifies issues caused by drilling for oil, coal mining, and other such activities. It also is for improving land following a natural disaster. Typically this occurs to remove toxins and other dangerous substances, or to remove structures, or to improve the soil.
