A Spanish poet; born in Murcia about 1607; died about 1660. He wrote a poem in the form of a vision, "The Incurables' Hospital; Journey out of this Life into the Next", a moral treatise which was much admired in his time; "On Moral Supremacy, to Laelius"; also some fables and some satirical verses.
